Reservation and Consultation Fees

Reservation or consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Deposits Before Service Is Provided

If a reservation is canceled before the agreed service is provided, refund eligibility is determined by the written terms shared at the time of payment.

Vehicle Purchases

Vehicle sales terms, including any cancellation or refund rights, are governed by signed purchase documents and applicable law. If there is any difference between this page and signed transaction documents, signed transaction documents control.

Optional Products and Third-Party Services

Warranty products, financing products, and other third-party services may have separate cancellation or refund policies issued by their providers.
